Case Study

Luke started with The House Group at the age of 15 and from there he has gone from strength to strength within the group. From bin boy to managing the biggest commercial bar at Nottinghill Carnival to being the general manager at our newest bar, The Market House.


Luke has definitely shown what hard work and commitment to The House Group will bring and he has already achieved some incredible goals, with more to come in the future!

What We Do

At The House Group we want our staff to thrive and become the best they can be, which is why we offer incredible training benefits, team suggestions and personal development course. If a member of a team is interested in developing a certain skill we will try our best to find the right training course for them!

TEAM TIME

Throughout the year we hold a number of staff activities including two whole group staff parties!

 

A different themed event every February and a Staff Awards Party every September. These events are a great occasion for all the staff to get together and unwind! The aim is to just enjoy life with the team out of work hours.


Our team is the most important part of The House Group and we strongly encourage everyone to get involved in our social events. Everyone works hard so we all deserve to relax, laugh and get boozy!
